Motion made and passed to create a carte letting people know the location of the feed back mechanism and the location of the PC minutes. Dev and Tracy to coordinate the carte.

Tracy to check-in with Liam regarding dates and logistics. Liam will be asked to contact one or two PC members privately to discuss questions prior to the 1st session which is not anticipated until September.
Tracy to contact Brian to try to track down June listener comments CD so it can be posted for online listening by PC members.

The program council will review "Watchdog" and "The Block Report" on August 16th, followed by "Education Show w/Kevin Cartwright" and "Queer Life" on August 23rd.
